Jesus is the Spirit so anyone with his Spirit knows him. He revealed himself in the garden of Eden to Adam and Eve when he made them coats of skins. They had tried to cover themselves with their own works but it took blood shed to get the coats of skin. God revealed salvation to them. Christians believe in Christ. Christ is from the beginning.
