Do you exercise before you go to sleep? Do you study in your bedroom? Do you eat before sleeping? Do you think about what you're going to do the next day before bed? Do you watch TV in bed?

My doctor says not to do any of the above (plus stop drinking anything with caffeine by noon) because I have a problem sleeping at night also. He also suggested I drink warm milk. I don't know..I haven't tried that yet.

I feel almost hungover during the day i'm so tired, then when evening comes i'm buzzing with energy. I've spent the last few nights staying up late finishing some university work, the rest of the time i've had a few late nights after some major blaze-ups with my hall mates. Weed used to help me sleep like a fat cat but now it doesn't do jack, it feels like i'm getting insomnia or something. I Rating: 5
