    Im not sure they would lose their potency, the crackers would get stale though..

    I have a stale brick hard leftover brownie slab (like 2 brownies worth), and someday I'll toss it in the microwave and eat it with some vanilla ice cream. It will work, potency wise. It may taste kinda bad, but it will work.

    Weed food's longetivity

    The food lasts indefinately, unless it molds or spoils. But the THC will last forever. Just about.
