I do not know about sexuality with these guys as I am not homo but, they all had/have a great stage preasance.

By the way Mick had gay times back in the day... The British music scene was soooo gay (Elton John, David Bowie, Queen, Judas Priest, etc...), but yeah he is the best frontman ever.

And David Lee Roth, come on man... I love country rock, and respect bluegrass (look at the link), but this guy sucks at singing, how the hell was he in a band.

Oh and fasterspider -yikes- be nice, Elton John is a spectacular musician even if you wouldn't choose to BE him... the guy is a genius. He belongs to the history books! Burn Down the Mission is one of the greatest performances ever! And Freddy Mercury [also gay] is -was- one of the greatest rock vocalists who has ever lived. RIP Freddy.

Seriously!!!! Go ahead, flame me for this, but it's obvious that Sammy Hagar had WAY more vocal training... GREAT power, GREAT range, never had to resort to any cheesy CRAP to make a song work. Like some other VH frontmen....
