HELP Catapillas

Hey im growing WW, its about 4 weeks into flower and there looks to b about 7g on it atm. Earlier this week i found a half eaten leaf and next to it a leaf folded up with a web thing and a catapilla inside. I killed the catapilla and thought that was that. I found another today, inside a but (looked closely after seenin the web) as a result the bud had to be removed (ill probly smoke it).
Im gonna get some bug killer today, What should i be looking for? something i can spray on the plat without harming it?
Does this applly to cannabus?

oh and also ni spotted another bug, its was like a green fly but not green. Killed tghe bastard, but where theres 1 there is more.

LOL!!!! Then maybe it was a whitefly (if it was white)... Actually it might have been... what did it look like?
Caterpillars indoors... better to just pick them off one by one.
Bugs indoors... if you have at least 2 weeks of flowering left get a pyrethrum bug-bomb that has nothing but pyrethrins in it. NO ACTIVATORS or other chemicals. Use as directed. Wait at least a week to harvest anything. The one that Raid makes that comes in a blue and yellow box you can get at home depot, like 3 for less than 10 USD.

Another possibility is to use BT- a disease of catterpillars. It is a bacteria, harmless to warm blooded creatures. It comes as a powder that you sprinkle on. Takes a few days, since it kills by starvation (paralyzes their guts- happy thought!). Kill the caterpillars, then give the girls a shower. Or you can pick them off or use a bomb.
