Im planing a fishing weekend in about two months if any of yous are interested.. i wouldnt mind castlewellan havnt been in years.. anybody know a good spot down south..

therll be loads of home made bear and cider and loads of food.bring your own if you want..... loads a green too. . i fanyone wants to go get a licence sorted.. and gear waiting.. cuz im gonna get ma fish on..#

cool i do a bit of fishing in the summer months with the kids. and would have some frosted white widow by then lovely.sounds good. i also brew cider. brewd some duble strenght cider in summer not recomended for sessioning you wouldnt last to long drinking it. just got a bit side tracked there c u later

my granda makes the cider and bear.. hes a stash of patching to... very relaxing shit... but here. i only said thvery stong stuf cuz some people like drinking with their food..(like me) but in between reeling the line ther will be copious amounts of weed smoked ...it will be great... anyone with ideas. keep em coming... ive licence and all that.. but its been years since i was fishing inland... im used to fishing of the pier.. hahahahah .. is there somewhere in connacht that we can pitch a tent ( 15 man) park cars and whatever.. then go fishing..... i say castlewellan cuz it has a campsite too...

Lough Gill is a most beautiful lake located about 2 miles east of Sligo Town.
The Lake is about 6.5 miles long and 2 miles wide, comprising 3,300 acres.
Its deepest part is 115ft. It has 22 islands, the largest being Church Island and Beezie's Island.
Great caution should be taken when sailing on this lake, as it can be treacherous in some places
Its also known for good fishing for Salmon,Trout,Pike,Perch,Bream
