camellia sinensis- is this black tea/green tea......What type of tea should i exactly buy? Mega Clean is like Ready Clean, and mega clean.

I would recommend drinking green tea over the black. They are both from the same kind, the difference is black tea is processed more. Green tea is more potent in much of the chemicals because it isnt processed as much. Black tea has more caffeine in it but I doubt that will be of any help to you.

I'm pretty much a everyday user up until 11/8,(1-2 times a day) when i was told by my Probation officer i had to take a urine screening on 11/30. Since then i've been clean. I've been drink water/cranbury juice, and joggin at bit. I take adderall for ADD, i'm, guessing this will help speed up my metabolism?? Are their any other tips you would recommend?
