What strain is this?

I know you guys get tired of these redundant questions so sorry but I have a couple questions please please help me

I was given this clone but the guy that gave it to me forgot to ask the guy he got it from the name, any ideas?

AND would it be ok to make it flower now does it look like it has vegged enough, I don't know how old it is.

Oh and the holes in the leaves are not bugs my damn cat loves weed and won't leave it alone!! I put bells around it so I can hear her when she is eating it. She is so smart now she slinks on her belly under the dresser and avoids the bells.

Go ahead and flower it. Maybe take a few lower branches as clones in case you like it.

My kitty eats the plants too. She's banned from the sunroom.
