help with my growing plan

I would like to be able to grow a full sativa plant (power plant) and harvest it at the end of june. I was thinking of starting the plant inside in late feb or very early march and then moving it outside around early/mid april into a greenhouse here in LA. would this work and if so what equipment would I need for the early growth while it is inside

unless you can cover the greenhouse so the plant gets 12 hours of darkness it will not finish by june it will probably be late october or even early november if you cannot give it 12 hours of darkness.
as per growing inside you need decent lighting like a small metal halide or high pressure sodium, or some use flouros or several compact flouros if you are just going to veg it under it for a month and then move outdoors. and basic things like soil, perlite, pots.
