Does anybody else use bito torrent? i've heard about private trackers, but that you need to be invited. Does anybody have that capability? Bit torrent rules, but some of these torrents get leached like crazy. THe idea of a private tracker is cool.

I use the utorrent client. I like to get the movies and the odd game or two. Sometimes TV that I don't get or have missed. Never heard of the private trackers though.

I use bit comet, just the first one I started using so I stuck with it, no problems. I've used utorrent, nothing against that either, both are good.
I think utorrent and bitcomet are actually merging, think the change is in the near future.

Some sites allow you to upload torrents and then keep them private, so you need a password or whatever to d/l the torrent file.
But it kinda defeats the point.
There are some sites out there where they stop you leeching if you don't have some sort of seed/leech ratio.

can you download platform games sutch as dreamcast, or ps2, then burn them to play on the system?
i have a dreamcast, i love the games, but the most of the stores don't have the games. I want to download games so i can burn them on a disk and play them. I know it can be done cause my buddie made a nes disk with just about evry nintendo game that was ever made.

Yea, it's d/led off a torrent but I'm not quite sure how it works. I have a friend who does it too, he plays NES, and Genesis games off a PS2, but he has to use some special CD to I guess calibrate it, then you put the NES disk in with all the games.
