I want a Wii...I think you should get one if you think you'll enjoy it. My friend played one and said it rocks.
I wish more places near me had them in stock, my mom said shes been havin' a real hard time trying to find me one for christmas.

I dont like Wii's. Theyre just one step towards our eventual fate of being controlled by robots. Yeah they sense your movements when your playing but before long they'll be able to tell when you're asleep so it can launch it's deadly assault and CONTROL YOUR BRAIN!!!

i just dont' like Wii... period. sure it's a good price for a new system and all, but i've seen what i has to offer and i really don't like it, even more so now that i've seen quite a few diffrent titles in play.... i've also seen how retarded people look while playing the game... i'm sorry, but whoever i see playing with a Wii just reminds me of a mentally challanged 10 year old... i probably wouldn't have a whole lot of problem with the Wii, if it weren't for the controller, i really dont' like it's design and how it works to begin with, then second of all this controller really does limit the interaction between games and stuff, sure if you're reeling in a 10lb fish you're gonna have to swing the controlller harder then if you were reeling in a 5 lb. fish, but that's about the level the interaction stops... i'm into games like prince of persia, god of war, medal of honor, you know fps and puzzle games... and with a controller design like that, it would really limit the in-game capabailities.
atleast as long as they are designing games around this controller... imo the controller shouldn't be the spectacle of the Wii (which it is and we all know it is) nice technology, but you shouldn't really base everything off it... they should concentrate on making the games first, then deciding how the controller will fit into it all. the controller should be just a bonus to the system, not the basis for the whole system.
