thathippiekid, I'm the one bringing the pot, because I hate drinking. It makes my mind feel like crap, depressed and pissed off, it makes my body feel like crap, tired and hungover. It tastes like shit, it is a catalyst for anger and fighting between couples, and it is definately not going anywhere near my car.

I think I will abstain from driving and just take the bus. My only real pressure to drive was coming from my girlfriend, but she was assuming i didnt get high too. Its just way too fucking cold to walk.

I was a bit worried first time I was gonna drive high, but I did it fine and realize it was no big deal.

I'm not recommending you do, but if you do, be careful. I've driven high a few times and was fine, just remember to pay attention.

If given the opportunity to not drive, I suggest you take it. You'll probably be fine, but if you don't have to drive thats one less thing to worry about.

Man.. I've only driven high a few times but I find it very fun :P I don't think it really affects your driving unless you smoke a quater to yourself and decide to drive right after it..

I think it depends on the individual and their driving skills.. if you're a good driver sober then you won't have a problem driving high

I drive high all the time and most of the time there are no problems. I drove home coming off shrooms once and I was baked too. Even when I have smoked most of the night I'll still end up driving home with music blaring. The first time I was really nervous but then I relaxed and made it enjoyable.

Alcohol on the other hand is another story...

honestly man, i think you made the right choice picking the bus. if youhad been driving for like 2 years before, then i think you could probly pull it off because itll be almost second nature then.

The first time i drove high i drove 20 miles an hour down a highway lol i was so ripped i could not feel my foot on the gas

I drive high all the time. but I do have a few rules.

I only drive high at night when there is next to no traffic. I feel safer that way. I never drive high in heavy traffic, and if I do drive during the day, I avoid traffic as much as possible. No matter what people may say, it really is a lot more difficult to drive through rush hour high than sober. Your ability to judge the distance of oncoming cars is reduced greatly. I sometimes find myself waiting to make a turn for a car 1/8 mile down the road. That is, when I'm REALLY baked.

The high from eating weed is more intense than smoking it. I have been known to drive after smoking but the when I eat it just affects me too much. Know your limits. If you haven't eaten weed before I would not drive.
