I started smoking when I was 13 and smoked for over 15 years. It was hard as hell but I finally quit. Almost immediately I noticed that I was better at anything physical: stronger, faster, and way more endurance. That was 9 years ago and I'll damn sure never smoke again.

My smokings out of hand now. I started about 3 years ago as a social thing at parties and shit, bad idea. Now i have atleast 5 a day....

I see nothing wrong with a good cigarette here and there. I used to think i had to quit but i realized i was just smoking too many cigarettes. I'm down to a pack every 2 weeks if i don't get drunk and smoke half the pack. It's all about control.

I know that dude, but for my situation at home, it is very out of hand. Also because about 7 months or so ago i only smoked about 1 cig a week....now its 35-50.

Edit: And i have been trying to quit for the past couple of weeks. its really hard . Im so angry at myself. I continued smoking because i didnt think i would get addicted....the first year i got no cravings....so i just kept going....uhh im an idiot man.

to all those kids who think its cool to smoke cigs. Dont. Take it from a 15 year old. Im allowed to smoke and have been for about a year now, and let me tell you something iTs not worth it. If you have recently just started quit now. Today, this second. this carton might be my last (hopefully)

You can get high from smoking tobbacco out of a bong. It only lasts a few minuets tho. its the same thing as a pussy high people get when they first start smoking cigs. Taking that big a hit of tobbacco will fuck you up. It's gotta be really harsh though.
