I quit (twice because I'm an idiot) and it is really hard, no one who has been through it will say it isn't, but it can be survived, the intense craving eventually subsides, it really does! In the meantime, do keep your mouth occupied as much as possible, as long as it is not a cigarette or something
worse, you know, candy, gum (the first time I quit was with sugarless bubblegum, I had a serious gum habit for about 6 months!) and also adding a walk or run or some kind of exercise that gets you really breathing releases stress and reduces the craving to smoke.
You are strong in ways yet untested, but you can do this. You have a lot of people cheering you on :clap:
