Yup. They say quitting tobbaco is as hard as quitting crack cocaine, and harder than herion.

I know how you're feeling LIP. I quit ciggs. cold turkey and it was one of the hardest things, to this day, that I've ever had to do. Try chewing gum, regular gum, and lots of it. To keep your mouth busy as it once was with smokes. Try eating suckers, or lolipops. That keeps your fingers busy, and your mouth busy.

Just keep busy and try to keep your mind off of it. Go for a run, go out for supper, or a late night lagar. Just anything to keep your mind from wandering into the nicotine land.

They say the first 2 weeks are the hardest, then it's all downhill from there. I put multiple holes in my wall when I quit, and things were thrown around and broken. It sucks man! Just hang in there.

Just think of all the extra money you'll be saving to be used for whatever you want, including more weed. You won't smell bad anymore, and you will feel 100% better. You'll breathe better, have more energy, everything! You'll be in much better shape and you won't be spitting up lung butter anymore.

Good luck.
