Do what you must,,,I don't believe in aids like zyban or patchs... I think if you got the nuts to tuff it out you will quit for good... I smoked 35 years and I know where your at right now... get bags of wintergreen or pepermint lifesavers and just keep knawing on them,it ocupies your hands and mouth... don't even think about the future,,,just think about the craving your having right now and control that...
Good luck,,,You got all these peeps in your corner...

I quit (twice because I'm an idiot) and it is really hard, no one who has been through it will say it isn't, but it can be survived, the intense craving eventually subsides, it really does! In the meantime, do keep your mouth occupied as much as possible, as long as it is not a cigarette or something
worse, you know, candy, gum (the first time I quit was with sugarless bubblegum, I had a serious gum habit for about 6 months!) and also adding a walk or run or some kind of exercise that gets you really breathing releases stress and reduces the craving to smoke.
You are strong in ways yet untested, but you can do this. You have a lot of people cheering you on

Thanks for the comments people. It's much appreciated.
It's not so bad today, im still craving but im not as stressed as last night, still shouting at stupid things, but i'll live with that. The weed is taking my mind off it, but it's hard, after a joint i'd normally smoke a cig, but now i cant i en up smoking another joint... all pure.
I cant get my head around how i can punch my computer, cut my knuckle and my computer still works.

Hang in there mate, it does get better. And ffs get some patches, i used the first step and then the second, didnt bother with the third and now I consider myself a non smoker! Chew gum, lollipops, cocktail sticks or straws. Worked for me! Keep it up matey, it will get better!
Peace
Buddy
