NO. They had bought drugs from the house next door and they didn't find any drugs. The relatives are suing for wrongful death. So If at 3AM your door came crashing in and you had a pistol, and you were deaf and half blind you wouldn't shoot, HaHaHaHaHa. If they come in my place like that, they get 17 rounds of 9MM before they kill me.
