There's no picture in your link Pisshead. Regardless, this is they type of thing I've heard of many times before so it wouldn't surprise me. America seems to be stuck in this mindset that anybody who uses/sells drugs is no longer a human being deserving of human rights, and that anything is justifiable if it serves the almighty war on drugs. Hmmmmm, reminds me of the war on terror now that I think of it.
