I'm revegging some plants right now, I was able to take clones from one 22 days after harvest.. another is almost ready (28 days), and the third simply did not reveg at all, just sat there

When i harvested the plant i tried to leave the main structure intact so that i could try to "Re-veg" the plant. I put it under 24 hour light for about a week and now i have switched it to 18/6. All of the new growth has un-serated leafs. They remind me of basil or some herb lol. Does anyone know what is goin on here and if there is any way i can fix it?
