need help like always

if u could only do 1 or the other what would u do and why?i only have 1 vent going outside what should i do get fresh air from outside or suck the air out?i have a big door that s open most of the time and a few big fans.two 1000 w.:stoned:

turn on the fans step out that big door and moon the neighbor...
