Lucid dreaming

I want to do this badly and have read many ways to initiate, but I can't seem to stay conscious as I fall asleep. I am going to try the wake-back-to-bed method tonight, hopefully that will work. Any tips?

i've never tried to intentionally induce lucid dreaming, but i love the experience when it naturally happens. most often i make myself fly. love flying.

i love lucid dreams! only happened when i was quite young but its great that you can make yourself fly!
