Baking cookies, getting baked

This week is finals, and I have twelve papers left to read, and I am baking cookies for my students (to ease the pain of finals). I am baking dark chocolate chip, milk chocolate and caramel chip, and peanut butter and milk chocolate COOKIES. I have to feed 75 kids- I'm getting baked so I can keep on baking-

I used to do the same thing when I taught! That's nice to hear of another teacher who bakes for her students. (Some years I made candy instead of doing cookies. They liked either one. I taught juniors and seniors in high school.) I can't remember what age you teach. It may be college. But I know these days in public schools and especially with younger kids, you have to be very careful about nut allergies. Good luck with those papers, too!

Thanks honey! I teach English, World Mythology, Philosophy, and Creative Writing to college kids. They are wacky, but wonderful!
