i used melatonin supplements, but that was for when i was outta weed, i was seeing if keeping my melatonin levels up while i didn't have bud (because i can't sleep unless i have weed or a very heavily sedating tranquilizer) if i would be able to sleep like i was when i did have bud. in the end, it worked, but not alot, still not enough for me to sleep normal (i would wake up like every 20-30 minutes, i would be able to sleep more easily then without it, but it still wasn't the sleep i was looking for)

somehow i doubt that's what you were looking for it, but it's the only time i've used any one of the three.
