But I will have to give you props for standing your ground...and for attempting to protect the clerk...I used to be a clerk and I would sell alcohol and tobacco to minors frequently. Here in Aus cops dont care if you have cigs if you're under 18...like my friend got searched and they knew he was 17....they found cigs ...they put them back in his bag and told us to move along. Also, here you most likely wont get in trouble for buying them.... the only person who gets in shit is the person who sells them to you.

Cops should worry about METH not pot, or underage kids smoking cigs....CA spends 22 million dollars in 2 months to find pot in Humboldt County during the late summer early fall.....and it does no good....because the Meth heads are still running rampent stealing from everybody and sure as shit costing the state more than 22 million in man hours and tax dollars......Govt needs to get priorities strait
