dirty pigs tryin to "serve and protect" by getting nice store clerks in trouble. You're 17, you're legally allowed to smoke and posess tobacco (well, where I am you can atleast). You have the right not to incriminate yourself, just refuse to answer him if he starts asking you questions, I hope he read you your miranda rights.
