    need help with lighting please

    I just started planting some germed seeds and i was just wondering whats a good light cycle 2 put them on cause i hear 12/12,18/6,20/4... So im not to sure what cycle i should use.

    Thanx for any comments and suggestions.

    need help with lighting please

    I believe 18/6 is the key for veging, 12/12 for flowering.
