From Los Angeles

I see all kinds of different people, I know people from all over the fucking world.

I am not a racist, but I make fun of my friends because of their race because it's all in good fun and if you cant take a joke then too fucking bad you pussy!

From my experiences, alot of the stereotypes are true, or at least seem to be

Mexicans steal
Black people try to be all hard and shit when they wear expensive clothing and have bling bling or w/e
Asians are smart
White people dress nice, are tanned (fake or real, doesn't matter), dye their hair, spend most of their time at the gym, and try to copy the other races in a desperate attempt to have a culture
Gay people are very trendy

The majority of people I know hate Texas for numerous reasons, and European people are pretty much always welcome in LA

In my fullest, most honest opinion, you will be welcome by everybody in LA if you wear nice, expensive clothing and spend alot of money on dumb shit. Happens to me all the time.
