As a Marylander, I still don't understand why outsiders love DC so much (better museums in Baltimore!), Delaware people are quirky, Pennsylvanians are odd (their roads suck), most of my state LOVES Canadians; we don't have anything bad to say about NJ.

We have all types of people in our state- surfers, hillbillies, ghettos, liberals, conservatives, hippies, businessmen, and we all seem to get along fine.

European countries are held in good regard in my family; and British colloquialisms are so bizzarely awesome. Bollocks.

    LOVE it.

I'm from Glasgow, some local stereotypes would be..

People from the north are sheepshaggers

    People from Edinburgh are junkies.

People from England...well they are just wankers (although that one really just stems from football rivalry we don't really hate the english, except maybe Jimmy Hill)

    The Welsh are taffys.

I suppose you could also say that people from N.Ireland are protestant loyalist Rangers fans, and people from EIRE are catholic republican Celtic fans.

    Internationally...
    Americans are fat and stupid
    Germans are boring and efficient
    Italians are poser

Can't think of anymore, time to

Im originally from Wyoming. Everyone thinks that the people there are hicks. Which is kinda true, because there are no real big cities so everyones alittle country. Not everyone there are rednecks, but there is a huge majority. Thats why I left. And the weed sucks there.

    I live in Massachusetts.
We think that Jersey is the garden state where nothing grows. And the turnpike is an ugly wasteland.
We think Connecticut is the most boring state in the 50, and that if you live there you're either filthy rich and boring, or you live in New Haven and have to spend your day dodging bullets.
People from Maine talk funny. And the only employment in the state is fishing for lobstah, or logging.
Vermonters are a bunch of wierd hippies and/or backwoods survivalists with advanced degrees and no electricity or running water.
They think we are a bunch of silly flatlanders who only go to VT to ski or pretend to fly-fish. And we have no idea how to train a rabbit dog.
Rhode Island... wait, where is that again? Oh yeah... Providence is there. great party town. But the rest of the state.... big mystery. Quahog, anyone?
New Yorkers are obnoxious and drive too fast and send their kids to college in Amherst with a $40,000 car that they got as a present for even getting accepted to college.
    Sorry guys.
    Absolutely amazing...
