Ventilation suggestions

Any suggestions on how I can get airflow, but also while having a light sealed room?

If the door open isnt an option, I think you're gonna hafta cut a vent hole in yer wall.

One of my seedlings has been sprouted since sunday, but it looks kind of sickly and it wont shed it's husk. Any suggestions?

Whatver you do, DON'T touch it with your finger or a pointy stick! You can gently loosen the dirt where it's backing out, but even that is risky. All ya can do, really, is wait & hope.

It happens. In my last batch I had 2 "pop & stall" & 5 "no show".
