This is about educating her.
Just explain to her (with the aid of the internet)
that pot is a VERY safe and healthy way of relaxing.

Also ask her (maybe before you talk about pots healthyness) if drinking alcohol is ok. Just to see how ignorant she is.

She found out that I smoke pot and she wants me to quit. She says she doesn't want me to do it for her but to do it for myself and my health. What do I do?
