Don't ask or get all feely feely and spill your guts out. You have known her for 2 years, make a move and kiss her. If she feels the same way about you she is probably wondering if you do too and if she does feel the same way, she will kiss you back. This is the best way to find out. Also, if she doesn't then you can just be like I don't know what got into me instead of spilling your guts and having a huge awkward moment instead of a small one.
