Just made my first hemp neckless

I made my first hemp neckless last night (not sure if I'm spelling neckless right, I feel like an idiot but Word takes to long to load )

I think it turned out pretty good for my first attempt. My g/f read the book made hers and than showed me how to do it. I'm not good at reading directions. I used cheap plastic beads on mine because the few wood we bought are very feminine, but I plan on hitting up Hobby Lobby in a couple of days and getting some nice beads for me.

We plan on trying to sell some on campus, it was really fun making them.

Anyone else like making hemp jewlry?

i've done it through a kit from wal-mart. that's about it... it was alright, i love fidgeting when i'm stoned, gave me something to do with that energy, but not something i would just want to keep doing and doing over and over.

Ha I just went looking for my camera and couldn't find it, as soon as I do I will post a pic.

My phone is out the question because my house has really bad lighting and you wouldn't be able to see anything but shadow.

I did the most basic knot for this one, but the book we bought has all kinds of really cool ones.

yeh, i love making hemp necklases, the only ones i wear are made by me, ill make them for my freinds to, my favorite one i made was with no beads but had a gold potleaf pendant on it


if there is a michaels anywhere around where youn live they have femo beads, clay beads, any kind of beads,, any jewlery shop would have beads, or go to salvation army or goodwill and buy cheap necklases with beads u like

Yeah, I make those too.
I call them 'hippie bling', lol!
My faves are the ones you make with the really THICK hemp cord and handblown glass beads.
I even made a collar for my bulldog because I think she is turning into a pothead, always coming in to check out the action when my friends and I are having a puff.

Damn, I wish I knew how to make hemp necklaces. I tried before, but I sucked. 'Cause one day in middle school when we had "field-day" (don't know if anyone knows what those are) then there was a station where you could make hemp necklaces, so me and a ton of my friends signed up for it, but I had to go do tie-dye or airbrushing cause I signed up for those too, and when I came back they already showed people how to do it so I missed a few steps, but my friend showed me how to do it but I still couldn't get the hang of it.

He made two awesome ones for me and him, their identical except the glass mushroom, mine is purple and his is green. That was a really long time ago though and it doesn't fit anymore. I still have it though, I wanna make a new necklace using the mushroom but I don't know how to. I'm sure I still got some hemp around here too.
