Since I have been out of high school and out of organized sports I have found it important to me to continue to do physical activity's. Working out(weight lifting) has proven to be one of my favorite activity's. You have to look at it form the right angle though. I have always played team sports. Lacrosse and Football were my sports, but I played virtually every one. Never an individual sport though like golf, Rating: 5
