you should use two fans. One for the light and one for exhaust ion the room. A 6" 449 cfm fan will cool the two HPS lights. You can use something smaller for the exhaust.

I cool my 1K HPS with a 6" vortex. It does a fine job. Its expensive, but I can get my light 6-8 inches from the canopy.


You can definitley grow fro $1000, but you get what you pay for. Our setup cost over $3000, but now we're gettin 25 forearm sized nuggs every 8 weeks or so.

I want to have a multiple room system with mothers and clones going and flowering plants. Would I be able to stick two cool tube 1k lights in there?
