Actualy I noticed I got a nice portion of respect on here in a small amount of time, people that have been here as long as me tend to have much lower respect points, ect.

Yes...I know I've been here long enough and I should know but I have no idea what it means or how it's used. I know it's a positive thing. Will someone be kind enough to explain to me what it means?
