Notice of forum rule breaking?

Is it just me or did everyone have to agree to conditions when you logged on?

The rule that was highlighted in in my panel in bold:

Threads containing Mail Order M. will be instantly nuked - do not ask about M.O.M.

I don't recall breaking this rule in any shape or form.

Is it possible to enable PM's ? While posting MOM information publically is a nono what about pm'ing it? I can't even give my email to someone i want to just talk to outside of the forum right now....
