reasons for legalization

so for my english class i have to type a paper about why i think cannabis should be legalized.. the reasons i have are medical, not as bad as cigs or alcohol, relieve stress, stop some violence, and sleep aid.. ne others?? any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks:rasta:

i had a report on the same thing...
some things i used were:


hemp,
marijuana prohibition laws were passed only by propaganada william hearst/anslinger created (search tehse, therye pretty funny),
its medical uses,
alcohol, AWOL (alcohol without liquid) and alcohol are legal and kills so much more then marijuana,
and the failure on the war on drugs (millions being spent on marijuana yet no decrease in usage among teens and adults)

Mention how much prohibition(sp) is costing the tax payers and how much money could be saved and profited off of if it were legal. I reccomend watching the show Bullshit they done a episode on the war on Drugs. I dont have the link but you can type it in on Google and go from there.
