What you need to do is look online for your State's law and find out how much time they are allowed in order to charge you and fine you.

In California, it's only 1 year. You say 3 years? Check that shit.

well ok i talked to my probation officer and he looked it up and found that i did owe a fine which cost $893.52 and i can ither pay up front or pay $74.46 a month. so im striahgt after that, that record is cleared and im staight no more revoked permit/license and pay the dmv $45 -_- well yea my parents are upset but at the same time there proud of me??!?!?!??!!? they say that there proud of me because im takeing responisblity by fucking paying the dam fines by myself so all that money is coming form me juss for a lil ticket and the 45 to the dmv. man this is lame! there only proud because there not paying .... lol but atleast im not in that much of a trouble n now i can get my permit/license


oh and by the way thanks democommando! i did what you said but the site werent helping it had to many laws n so many things on it n i didnt feel like readying it so i called up my probations officer and we were tlaking on the phone for like a good 45 mins and he got me straight. and he made a court apperance this wensday for me to pay the fines and then im good n the dmv of course
