I was watching Everybody Loves Raymond and on one episode Raymond's wife would just sit on the couch and would make herself cry. I really haven't cried much lately but Ammie shared a story which brang some tears to my eyes and it felt cleansing. Well I got high at the park a few days ago and just sat there and tried to cry, I swear I cried like a baby for an hour. Painful memories just kept coming up, I guess I was repressing alot of stuff. Just thought I'd share

I think its awesome to let loose sumtimes. It cleanse the spirt and make u feel so much better

It's kind of funny, now little things are making me cry and laugh. Maybe I should quit smoking weed I'm starting to turn into a human being.....by the way thanks for all the kind words
