Under the United States of America constitution you are protected by Amedment 4. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." In other words if there is no search warrent they have no right to search you must give concent to any searches. Exercise your rights Americans!!!!!

Plus, if you have a passenger in the car, you can give them the pipe and weed and they put it in their pocket. Passengers have the right to refuse giving identification and refuse a search.
