It may not have been the bud at all. could have been what you ate. Or the combination of such goodness all at once made you sick. hard to say. I've never puked from smoking so sorry i can't relate.
The theory of it being your first time is valid we all react differently our first time. Try eating first and then smoking hold off the urge to eat for few hours and see how you react. also check the food to make sure it's not spoiled. good luck next time.

Take smaller hits and focus on NOT feeling sick. Dont think about it too hard or it wont be an enjoyable experience, but just say to yourself,

"Motherfucker, im not gunner fucking be sick or someone around this motherfuckers gunner get fired."


Belive me, it works.

It was your first time, and you can always be sick off too much smoke, happens with some cigar smokers. Infact a friend of mine last night drunk too much and was smoking his big cigars and he was sick, and then passed out cos he was so dehydrated, while all i time i was trying to wake him up and i had a joint in my hand.

Erm, they're shouldnt be. That could very possibly be mold, in which case you know why you've been sick.

I don't know about the throwing up part. But, I do know that the first few times I smoked, I felt soooooo freaking refreshed the next morning. It was awesome.

Sparkly like tiny crystals all over and in your buds? Those are called trichomes, I believe, and contain a high concentration of THC. As a result you would've been royally skull fucked, resuting in your sickness. After a while of smoking you'll come to appreciate those kind of buds and the high they give, but if it was only your first time, then it may have been too much.
