Yes, but it was re-capped so it didn't look open. The morons were trying to add it to their little collection of glowing liquor bottles they have by their black light. If you take the ink cartridge out of a highlighter and put it in a liquor bottle and add water, the whole thing glows bright yellow/pink/green (depending on the highlighter). I don't know why they thought it would work, its brown glass, the liquor bottles are clear.

It sucked, cause I never drink, and the one time I decide I want a beer its full of highlighter water.
