okay i read a racist thread a couple hours ago, someone complaining about a group of people breaking into cars around his neighbourhood, im assuming it was deleted coz it was racist, in which case, thanks to the mod who deleted it, not sure which group of people he was talking about coz it was a term i am unfamiliar with, it started with a J and sounded like the N word, figured it probably means the same thing..........


anyway getting to the point, ive been thinking, has anyone here ever been racially attacked, attack could be either verbal or physical...... as a Jew i have had a couple of incidents in my life, for about 2 years in grades 5 and 6 i had a girl in my class whos mum would follow me, three block walk to my house, just to call me a kike and other racial terms, since then pretty much any racial remarks, made to anyone of any race, offends me,

however i have a friend, he has been my best mate for the last 14 years now, who is Asian, since its a bit easier to see him as an asian than it is to see me as a jew, he probably gets more racial comments thrown at him than i get at me, but he NEVER gets offended, i have never seen it bother him once, can anyone else here completely ignore those comments aimed at them, i would love to be able to shrug racism off, but i just cant.......

btw, that same girl goes to the same university i do, its a big campus and we are in different faculties so i rarely see her, but we take the same bus there, so i usually catch her staring at me alot, whenever i make eye contact i just act as if im trying to remember her but cant place here anywhere, it really pisses her off...... funny

yeah, used to happen every day at school or everyday i left my house...

oh yeah, the comments rarely bother me, it's the attitude of the people (it's never just a person...) and how they just keep digging in with it and saying it over and over, drives me fucking insane... but then again saying anything or making any noise over and over will drive me insane...
