Think of all the shit you have to go through (when you don't have a choice) as motivation to be a self-made person. Dependence upon another human being, when you've reached the age of independence, is no way to exist. Think of your self as gold that's just been unearthed. You're still covered with some impurities and dirt...then think of the fights and the shit you have to go through as the flames which will one day remove all the crap on your back so you can shine on!
