You get seeds by just letting them do what they were created to do. If you have females just let the male grow until it's pollen sac bursts and pollen should fertilize some female plants and there you have it. Your female will now produce seeds

First of all, you need a male and a female. Kind of obvious but your post makes it sound like you only have a male. To make seed just leave them together in the flowering room and finish as normal. Your whole crop will be seeded and you'll get some bud.
What I like to do is just seed a single branch of one plant. That way the rest of the crop is potent sensimilla. Do this by separating the male from the female as soon as you detect male flowers forming. Placing the male beside a window will be sufficient to keep it alive long enough to collect some pollen.
Use a small, rectangular, white piece of stiff paper or cardboard to collect the pollen. Gently tap underneath a male flower after it has turned over and opened its yellow petals. You should get a bit of yellow dust on the paper. This is the pollen. Collect a few flowers worth of pollen on the paper. You can now dispose of the male.
Now take a small clean paint brush or Qtip. Dip it in the pollen you collected and paint a female bud with it. Do several buds on one branch in this way. When your crop is finished, this branch will be the only one seeded.
Do this no later than the third week of flowering to get mature, viable seeds.
IMO making hash out of males is more trouble than it's worth.

Appreciate for the advise! Currently I have one male plant & the other plant I am not sure yet. I am hoping it is a female but it has not flower yet cos I grow it about 2 weeks after the male plant.
Total I have 2 plants only. May I will take some picture to show you the other plant for sexing.
Thanks again!
