Im Afraid it doesnt work like that in Ireland. If they've evidence ,ie scales baggies they could try to charge you with dealing however a good brief would high light too the court that the state has no customers off youre's willing to go to court too say you were in fact dealing..However if you fill a shed with plants you d still be charged with intent to supply based on the large number of plants. It really comes down too luck if you ve a couple plants and no evidence of dealing all you could be prosicuted on is cultivation.Again very open to the court s idea off you, so if you get a narky cop and a pissed off judge who know's large fine probation suspended sentence off two yrs or so. In other words if you try to grow again and were cought ud do some time perhaps. Its a very grey area indeed if you look up old news coverage ud probly find a mixture o suspended sentences and fines. It would also come down too previous ur "JOb2 haha.
Basicly it against the law, open too the courts evidence, plant numbers would only be used against you if it was a bove 10. then ud be pushing it they go with intent then probly....

Couple of plants personel use, ud be summoned to court,plead guilty and ask mercy......Dought ud get jail, but in saying that do you want to try it no you dont..You could get that Narky Judge...

Cultivation would give you a criminal record no good if you want a job in the civil service or if you work for them now lololol,,,,,,,they send you for counseling,, shit that telling a drug counseler youll not be quiting would nt it..........

Yes scales are very high risk... if any cop sees scales that are not big enough to weigh flour.. then it intent to suppliif they find a few baggies then its dealing intent to supplie whatever.. they catch me im fucked.. better reduce the amout of plants next time.. lol

Heres something interesting i checked out the Noons coffee shop web site today. Anybody else tryed ..Go ahead you cant get it any more. It seems all pictures and there web cam are now banned, Theres seems to be a change in the law which doesnt allow them to show anything anymore or show menus and the like....The Law Seems to do on The Nazis side again (In Holland)
