Hey there people. Hope someone can answer my question. Where is the best on-line site to purchase HPS lights. I know there are a lot of sites, I would like to know what sites havethe best reputation, and price. I am purchasing a 400 watt hps system. Any help is appreciated. Kuul

Welcome to such a great hobby.

Insidesun.com advertises on this site and they have very affordable prices for their equipment, however I have heard that they are a pain to deal with.

I have been told they have bad customer service and people having to wait for several months for their (paid for) orders.

I have not dealt with that site personaly though, and I can tell you that I have never seen better prices, not to say that they are not out there.

I have ordered from and dealt with discounthydro.com on a few occasions and they are the best as far as I am concerned. I just recently ordered a fan that I found advertised for a lower price at another site, I called them on the phone (an 800 number) told them the site and the item and they beat the price by 5 dollars (saving me 50$ off of their listed price).

If I were you I would do some research and find a good deal for a light that is the same as one that discounthydro caries, then call them up and ask them to match the price. I bet they will. It is worth a try any way, and I know that they are legit.

Ive made two orders from insidesun.com in the past month. They are worth it. Using paypal via Echeck, after the check cleared I recieved my products withing two business days. I highly recommend them.

I also have done business with inside sun and didnt have one problem
as far as customer service they have answerd all of my emails very
fast and even supplied me with a tracking # to track my purchase
