People pay up to and over $500 for the dankest shit. Got to remember that ripping people off when it comes to weed isnt that smart since it can only be done once. Nobody in their right mind would go back to a dealer if they got ripped off, so I wouldnt let it get to you since if he is selling at ridiculous prices (for your area), nobody will buy it and he will have to lower the price..
