Yes it is true to a degree I really want to have a place for cool peaceful people to crash.

We are looking for a place to retire and my husband and I have met A LOT of people that are looking for something else. A place to get away to. We started doing some research and Costa Rica has no standing Army. The President of Costa Rica won the Nobel Peace prize for writing the Central American peace treaty.

We went and we liked it. I still want to see Australia before I decide though.

I am going to Costa Rica this summer to look at property we have friends there. My other choice is Australia but I am not going there until late next year. I want a beautiful warm spot to start a crash pad for weed smokers who are mad as hell and just can't take it anymore.
