I look at these threads here and wonder if I was that ignorant when I was young. I guess I was and still am in some respects but wow man some of these threads names really make me laugh at the ignorance behind the question and wonder how can anyone be so uninformed.
When I was a very young teenager, the PC and forums like these were not even a twinkle in anyones eyes yet but I was smoking weed and had a very large circle of pot head friends that varied in ages from my own to people in their 20s & 30's. So a lot of the really stupid to me now questions were asked and laughed at then by the older stoners like I do to some of the questions asked around here. Ignorance is Bliss
Now I am 44 and would never smoke weed with a kid, there are too many repercussions. When I see them smoking though, I do smile and think back to when it was me at their age or even younger as I started smoking weed at age 11 and remember the thrill and the high.
The ability of youngsters to access this web site is cool for them but, I wonder what would happen if their parents found out they were hangin out at Cannibis.com with people that may well be three and four times the kids age or maybe an exconvict or two?
I sure hope you youngsters do not mis-understand me here, I aint clowning you or putting you down by saying you are ignorant, as I was as ignorant then as you are now and I am still a super Dumbass in other ways.
Please remember that the only truly stupid questions are the ones that go Un-Asked!!!

I'm older too and I'm actually happy that the children of today have Cannibis.com as a resource. I'm especially glad to know that they are growing their own....at least if they are going to smoke they won't have to worry about dirty weed. On the other hand, I'd never smoke with someone underage or even much younger than I am...I figure 25yrs on up and the person is pretty much fully cooked so that's ok....as for excons, well, unfortunately they are everywhere and the best advice would be to take any advice received on this forum and measure it against common sense...if a stranger is trying to meet up with you, well, that should raise an antenna. The more time you take to get to know a person, the better you'll be able to understand their motives. Never rush into a "meet" but take your time and examine all possible angles.

I came to this site to seek out knowledge about cannabis and defeat ignorant statements about it. I don't say i'm an expert but without this site i wouldn't be as knowledgeable as i am now about the subject. So i think this site is a great tool for educating people about cannabis. The people here are usually very friendly and informative which is great.

You lose your sense of emotion along with your memory...I'd say it's different than childhood, and there is no 'bliss' in it as far as I can see. Me GM has it, and it's an awful disease. She looks so sad, and out of touch with everything...
